Quarrel at imigresen miri

Today i go make passport with my family who know they lost my little sister's original birth cert. The funny things is tat officer still dare to show us BITCH FACE and ASK US why didn't submit it! My 2nd sister angry and scold tat officer saying they need to responsible if the birth cert lost. After wait there for few hours finally THEY found the birth cert but the officer find excuse saying we left the birth cert at photocopy shop. She WARN me DON'T SIMPLY THROW THE RESPONSIBLE TO THEM when it is our own mistake. This is really BULL SHIT! I can 100% confirm that we DIDN'T go photocopy shop to photocopy tat birth cert! I quarrel with her saying impossible we left the birth cert and they are making story to cover their mistake! Angry angry angry ah! I regret i didn't record down wat tat officer said! I want to complain her ah!

I still remember when i just reach there i ask her where is toilet she also show me BITCH FACE and said "NO PUBLIC TOILET HERE!"

I even saw the officer take out his hp and reply msg while i'm sitting in front of him WAITING for him.

想到马来西亚的公务员就想到懒虫！全马竟然没几个公务员是真正用心做工的。真是可悲啊！
